"Say What you Say, But watch what you say when you saying it"
Ethan Brown posted this on his blog yesterday, and Eskay Reposted it:

“Somebody called Cam’s probation officer and told him that Cam had put a hit out on 50 Cent. Cam was then told to come down and talk to the probation officer–or face arrest. When Cam arrived to speak with probation officer, he was told that they had seen the ‘Cuurtis’ video as well as 50’s video about Cam. Cam was also asked about Supreme: ‘How do you know Supreme?’ Cam said that he did not know Supreme but that Supreme is a stand-up guy and 50 should not have been laughing at him on Hot 97. At the end of the interview, Cam stressed that the Diplomats ain’t got no beef with G-Unit. This is just music.”

Foxy Brown Arrested In South Florida Over Hair Glue, Spitting, Incident

Rapper Foxy Brown was arrested and charged with battery in Pembroke Pines, South Florida yesterday (Feb. 15), after a disturbance broke out in a beauty supply store.
According to police, the Brooklyn bred rapper became involved in a disturbance at the Queen Beauty Supply Store last night.

Police said that Brown was sampling beauty products in a bathroom of the shop, when a store employee told her it was closing time.

According to reports, Brown became irate and threw hair glue at the employee, a man named Hayssamn Ghoneim.

Ghoneim called 911 during the fracas, when Brown allegedly spit on him.

When an officer responded to the 911 call and found Brown still in the shopping plaza, he attempted to bring her back to the store to address the issue, but Brown allegedly refused.
According to the police report, when the officer attempted physically escort back to the store Brown by placing his hand on her arm, she allegedly swatted his hand away and resisted.
The officer said Brown resisted so much, he had to "use a takedown maneuver to gain control" of the rapper.

Brown, born Inga Marchand, was charged with battery and obstruction of justice.
She is currently being held on $1,500 bond at the Sheriff's North Jail in Pompano Beach.
In Oct. 2006, Brown was sentenced to three years probation and
anger management classes for assaulting two nail-salon stylists, after a dispute broke out over a $20 manicure/pedicure treatment.

In Jan. of 2007, Brown told the press that her anger management and probation was making her "grow up."

"I have matured a lot since I started the anger management," Brown said.

Kanye West, Nas, KRS-One Record Track For Nike's Air Force 1

Kanye West, Nas and KRS-One have banded together to help celebrate the 25th anniversary of Nike's Air Force 1 (AF1) sneaker.

The Rick Rubin produced track, "Better Than I've Ever Been," was recorded to pay homage to the perseverance of the AF1 and the community that has championed it.

Twenty-five years ago Nike released the Air Force 1 to satisfy the demands of the most uncompromising and forceful players in the game of basketball. In 1982, the Air Force 1 became the first basketball shoe to feature Nike Air technology. The comfort and protective qualities of the AF1 changed the game forever and created a platform that launched Nike's long-running legacy in performance basketball.

Embraced and revered by the basketball community, the Air Force 1's impact was felt way beyond its hard court roots. The shoe was also embraced by the urban culture, which was quickly becoming as much of a staple off the court as it was on. The urban street culture that gave birth to this music scene is the same culture that has supported the Air Force 1 from its inception. In 2006, Nike commemorated the Air Force 1's 25th anniversary.

In addition to the commemorative track, a remix by DJ Premier and featuring the addition of Rakim, titled "Classic (Better Than I've Ever Been DJ Premier Remix)," has been created. The two tracks will be sold individually through iTunes, with all NIKE and artist proceeds from the sale of the track going to the Nike Youth Sport for Change Fund to support youth programs that use sport as a catalyst for change. The fund will be administered by Charities Aid Foundation America. For more information, visit CafAmerica.org).
