Shaniqua Tompkins, 50 Cent's ex and the mother of his son, was reportedly granted a temporary restraining order against the rapper by a judge friday (June 20).
As part of the restraining order, 50 Cent will have to surrender his firearms and can only pick up and drop off his eleven year old son "at curbside”. The rapper is not allowed to be on any premises with Tompkins.
Tompkins' lawyer, Paul Catsandonis, told The Associated Press Friday that he is working on getting a permanent restraining order against 50 Cent.
Tompkins claims that 50 Cent's associates threatened to kill her and that the rapper orchestrated the May fire that burned down the Long Island mansion she lived in
The multi-million dollar home, which is under 50’s name, was destroyed by a fire in the early morning hours of May 30th. Six people who were in the house including 50 Cent’s ex-girlfriend and his son were rushed to hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.
After being released from hospital, Tompkins claimed that 50 Cent was behind the fire.
50 Cent has denied the allegations and has slapped Tompkins with a defamation lawsuit for her claims.
50 Cent and Tompkins have been fighting over the house after the rapper attempted to have her evicted from the home unless she paid rent. Tompkins retaliated by filing a breach of contract lawsuit claiming that the rapper promised to buy her the house.
Fire officials who arrived at the house to distinguish the blaze called the fire 'suspicious' and determined it as arson. A 5-gallon gas container would also be found on the grounds. Their investigation is still underway and neither 50 or Tompkins have been named as suspects.

The former friends have gone back and forth this week, starting with a YouTube clip taped over the weekend, of Buck publicly saying "F*** G-Unit" during a performance in Tampa, Florida. The footage got back to 50 Cent, who then retaliated with the taped conversation, in which Buck is heard sobbing while discussing problems between himself and G-Unit.
Via an interview with Hot 97's Angie Martinez on Thursday (June 19), the G-Unit boss explained why he leaked the recording, and when it was actually recorded. While Buck said -- via a response track -- that the phone call took place nearly a year ago, 50 says it was actually more recent.
"That phone conversation ain't that old. Three months ago me and him had that conversation, and then he did it again," 50 Cent said on the air. "He went out there talking about I didn't pay him his royalties. I sat there and I didn't say anything. I'm not gonna respond with a record to Young Buck.
"With this situation, I was trying to be as helpful as possible. You can't help a person ... Buck is real impulsive, and when you add addiction to that, you got unpredictability. He just does ... anything," 50 continued.
As 50 continued to explain the Buck situation, he was noticeably irritated with how the former southern member of G-Unit has acted over the past months. In addition to addiction, he says money is also an issue.
"[That's] outta desperation because his finances are in the space that it's in. He doesn't listen," he said. "Right now, while we going back and forth, he owes me $200,000."
50 revealed that the straw that broke the camel's back was the aforementioned YouTube video of Buck saying "F*** G-Unit." He says the phone call would have never come out if it wasn't for that.
Although the situation seems to be beyond fixing at this point, 50 flirted with the possibly of reconciliation, which would only happen if Buck were to seek professional help.
"He needs to go to a program and get some help, and then maybe we can talk to each other. Right now, he got real problems," 50 said.
(Listen to the entire call with Angie Martinez here.)
(L note: So Its like i said earlier. 50 heard buck was on that fuck G-unit thing 50 dropped the tape. But here's my thing where do you go from this, because its obvious Buck aint gonna rejoin the unit. So what was the point of putting the tape out?)

Cincinnati authorities have reportedly arrested two men connected with the murder of T.I.'s friend in a 2006 shootout.
As reported earlier, T.I. and his entourage got into an altercation with a group of unidentified people at Cincinnati's Club Ritz in 2006.
The group of unidentified people would follow T.I.'s crew as they left the club and shot at the two vans carrying the rapper and his entourage on a Cincinnati highway.
Philant Johnson, T.I.'s longtime friend and personal assistant, would be pronounced dead at the scene while four other people in T.I.'s entourage would be rushed to hospital for injuries.
According to The Kentucky Post, police have arrested 34-year-old Hosea Thomas and 40-year-old Pardon Thomas in connection with Johnson’s murder and have both been charged with murder and felonious assault.
Academy award nominee, Queen Latifah, filed a lawsuit in Manhattan federal court against a production company involved in the film The Perfect Holiday, alleging that she has not yet been paid.
According to Reuters, lawyers for the triple threat, rapper/singer/actress said California-based company Perfect Christmas Productions, was guilty of breach of contract and owed Latifah $275,000. The lawsuit also said it is believed Perfect Christmas Productions was paid several million dollars by different sources for the film.
Latifah, who is also a Grammy award winner, made a cameo role in the 2007 film which also starred Terrence Howard and Gabrielle Union.
The film was released in December and according to Box Office Mojo grossed more than $5.9 million by February 2008, in the United States.
Fifty Cent and ex, Shaniqua Tompkins, are headed back to court again as the drama between the two continues to roar.
Fif wants the mother of his 11-year-old son Marquise to stop telling people that he's the one behind the early morning blaze May 30 at the Dix Hills home she lived in with their child and to let him see his son, according to New York's Daily News.
"He tried to kill me and his own child," Tompkins has declared. "I know this came from 50 Cent."
Arson investigators are looking into the fire as suspicious, but have not pointed the finger at Fif as being involved.
His lawyers are accusing Tompkins of defamation.
"There comes a point where you can no longer sit on your hands and listen to her spread these falsehoods," 50's lawyer, Brett Kimmel, tells us. "Besides hurting his reputation, they have a damaging impact on their son."
Days after the fire, Shaniqua blasted 50 in the media, telling reporters he hadn't even called to check on his son. But in a petition filed this week in Suffolk County Family Court, Fif says Shaniqua has made contact with his kid "practically impossible."
According to the rapper, when he heard Marquise's cell phone was destroyed in the fire, he sent him a new one, plus a duffel bag full of clothes. He said Shaniqua didn't give Marquise the phone and makes it difficult for him to call his son on her phone.
"The only way can communicate with his son is to call [Tompkins'] cell phone. On June 11 ... [she] did permit to speak with his son. However ... she was hovering over Marquise, monitoring the conversation and, after a short while, she interrupted the conversation by taking the phone from Marquise and began yelling at ," who eventually hung up on her, the petition reads.

This is the complete conversation between buck and 50.
this was suppose to be a real convo, I think Buck tried to be real and reach out to 50, so i cant be mad at that.I still do think Buck may have been drunk or High. I also think 50 released this as a retaliation for Buck Screaming "fuck g-unit".
If you listen 50 talked about when he and game would have convo's and 50 though shit was sweet, then game would go out on his G-unot shit. 50 was probably like "I'm not going to fall for the same shit twice." and when Buck did That show when he was Like "Fuck G-unit" 50 was let him have it.
I feel bad for Buck he seem like a real nigga, but you brought this on yourself homie. Unless that was an old video.

You start commenting on that sh--, then they start twisting it out. I'm not gonna speak about nothing. They [gave Mashonda] two pages in Hip Hop Weekly. She didn't even say nothing about Alicia. They blew it up on MediaTakeout. They flipped that into some other shit.”

Mashonda has a single coming out that I funded, photo shoots that I funded. We made our statement that we're still working together. They didn't wanna believe it. Recently, Big Boi spoke on Andre's rapping and on his own new album, Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty.
"[We] came in the studio, actually New Year's Day. Came in the studio, his verse is maybe 190,000 bars, but I just told him to go for what he know. When people ask me, 'Why is Dre's verse so long?' Because he's bustin'! We was recording, I was like, 'Okay, cool.' As long as it's not too long to play it and it gets broadcast, I was like, 'Let's run it,' " Big told MTV.
Currently, Andre is out in Japan, finishing up some work for his clothing line. But, Big Boi is still holding things down and making his moves.
"It's more extreme," he said of his album. "All me. All the concepts. [For] Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, me and Dre kinda had to stew the pot together. This, I'm doing it all my way. Speakerboxxx was my official solo album. We packaged [our albums] together, but this one is the real-deal, standalone Sir Luscious Left Foot album."
Big also spoke on folks who underestimate his talent while bigging up Andre's. Specifically, he was asked about Andre appearing on MTV's Hottest MC lists while he was a no show.
"I don't know if it's an underestimation. I just don't really put myself out there like that. I draw enough attention to myself when I step in the room. Lyrically and as being an artist, I have nothing to prove. Me and Dre have done everything there is to do. We've won the Super Bowl of music. Hip Hop artists won "Album of the Year" at the Grammy's. After that, what can you do? All the rhymes are definitely vicious. Once people get the whole Big Boi album and put it under a microscope, they'll see."
Bonnaroo concert goers chanted "Kanye sucks" and pelted an empty stage with glow sticks after Kanye West showed up two hours late for his scheduled concert appearance at the music festival.
West was scheduled to take the stage at 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning (June 15). The crowd of thousands was told via message on one of the large screens that West's set would be delayed until 3:15 a.m. When that didn't happen, there was another update saying he would take the stage at 3:30 a.m. This also didn't occur and West finally hit the stage at 4:25 a.m.
The delay was blamed on the need to tear down Pearl Jam's set and load in West's elaborate stage set up used on his wildly successful Glow In The Dark Tour.
West had originally been scheduled to perform Saturday at 8:15 pm but requested a late night appearance instead.
