The war of words between 50 Cent and Wu-Tang Clan rapper GZA is about to get lyrical.
According to Hot 97 personality Miss Info, GZA has penned a dis track aimed at 50 Cent titled “Paper Plates”.
Late last year, GZA criticized 50 Cent's lyrical ability at a concert in London while he was ranting about how rappers like Soulja Boy were dominating hip hop.
50 would respond to GZA's criticism calling him a relic.
“I’m going to annihilate 50, he can’t fuck with me lyrically,” GZA told Miss Info.
“Paper Plates” will debut on Pitchfork Media tomorrow (July 17).
After a four-year hiatus, Eminem is finally back in the studio, readying his new album.
The last solo album the Grammy award-winning rapper dropped was 2004’s Encore and now Em’s about to give fans another, according to Entertainment Weekly.
"Em is excited," Dr. Dre protégé Bishop Lamont, told the celeb media outlet. “He's been quiet too long, and he's got a lot to get off his chest."
Including the devastating death of partner Proof, who was shot in 2006.
"He went through what he had to go through, and now he's been able to take all the pain and stress and put it out in his music," Lamont said.

Nate Dogg appeared in a Compton court yesterday to plead not guilty to felony charges related to his arrest last month for allegedly threatening his estranged wife.
Nate rolled into the court room in a wheel chair. The one-time go to man for rap hooks was left partially paralyzed after the stroke he suffered six months ago, according to E! Online.
As previously reported, he’s looking at two felony counts of making criminal threats, a stalking charge and a misdemeanor for driving on a suspended license when he was cuffed in previous DUI.
The 38-year-old was hauled in on June 23 after the California Highway Patrol fielded a 911 call from his wife who identified herself only as Latoya C., claiming that he was chasing her on an L.A. freeway.
Nate Dogg would have been released on $50,000 bond, but Compton Superior Court Commissioner Joel Wallenstein upped the amount to $100,000 this morning, so Nate had to be held in lieu of the balance. It was paid, however and he was allowed to go home.
Nate will be back in court August 1 where it will be decided whether the charges will result in an actual trial.

Akon's minor endangerment and second degree harassment case was adjourned again by a Fishkill judge today (July 16).
As previously reported, during a concert at Dutchess Stadium in Fishkill in June 2007, 15-year-old Anthony Smith threw an object at Akon while he was onstage and the singer asked the crowd to point him out.
A security guard would drag the teenager to the stage and Akon would pick him up and throw him back into the crowd, striking a woman in the audience.
According to The Times Herald-Record, Akon did not show up for the hearing and the presiding judge, Harold D. Epstein, ordered that the singer should appear in court on August 5th.
Akon has only made one court appearance in the case. He plead not guilty to the charges in December but failed to appear in court in March.

We've heard The Game say it several times during promotion for his upcoming third album LAX -- he's retiring. Well, everybody's heard that before from several other rappers.
Jay-Z said it once before, and then returned with a new album. Scarface said it two years ago, and now, he's hinting at it again.
For The Game, it's gonna be a different story. At least, that's what he says. The rapper says the time he spends away from his family is taken away by music, so after LAX, it may be time to hang it up for him.
When he does though, he says that's it. There's no return.
"I've missed a lot more of my family than I have rap in recent years and it's time to address the balance," he told WENN recently. "I'm focused on the upbringing of my children. That's important to me.
"Jay-Z came out of retirement. I can't see that happening for me," Game concluded
Snoop Dogg has reportedly been named as a witness in the murder trial of Bay Area rapper Mac Minister.
Mac Minister, born Andre Dow, is accused of killing Kansas City rapper Fat Tone and his friend Jermaine "Cowboy" Akins in Las Vegas in 2005.
Authorities claim Fat Tone and Akins were last seen leaving a Las Vegas hotel with Mac Minister and were later found shot dead at a construction site by a security guard.
Authorities claim Minister lured Fat Tone and Akins to the hotel claiming he would introduce them to Snoop Dogg.
Mac Minister and Snoop Dogg have collaborated on various records and have attended award shows together.
Authorities believe Mac Minister killed Fat Tone in retaliation for the murder of Bay Area rapper Mac Dre.
Mac Dre was shot and killed in a 2004 drive by shooting in Kansas City and Fat Tone was considered a person of interest in the murder but never a suspect.
According to The Las Vegas Review Journal, Mac Minister's trial begun yesterday (Jul y 15) and Snoop Dogg is one of about 20 witnesses defense attorneys could call to testify in the trial.
Erick Ferran, one of Mac Minister's attorneys, said they haven’t served Snoop with a subpoena to appear in court but he plans to “if the need rises”.
Snoop Dogg's publicist refused to comment when reached.
According to HipHopDx, an anonymous sources close to the Westside Connection camp revealed that Ice Cube has revealed to his inner-circle that famed trio Westside Connection will return after several years of hiatus.
Although not confirmed by either party, further details said that estranged member Mack 10 would be replaced by none other than Compton rapper The Game. Both are Blood affiliates in the group, formed in 1995 that featured Crip and Blood members.
Westside Connection originated on Mack 10's self-titled album on the song "Westside Slaughterhouse." The group would release seminal coastal-war album Bow Down the following year, spawning the hit of the same name and "Gangsters Make The World Go Round." The trio, also including veteran emcee WC, had public feuds with both Common and Cypress Hill.
After platinum success on their debut, the trio released 2004's Terrorist Threats. The gold-certified disc was quickly followed with the group's disbanding. WC subsequently signed to Ice Cube's Lench Mob Records label. There, he released Guilty By Affiliation. The Game appeared on "West Coast Voodoo" on that album. The Compton rapper also appears, with Cube and WC on Cube's upcoming album Raw Footage on the song "Get Used To It," perhaps an allusion to the upcoming group revival. Ice Cube is also on The Game's L.A.X. album, on the song "State of Emergency."

Snoop Dogg will be performing and serving as an executive producer on an upcoming compilation which remixes various hits by the late country singer Johnny Cash.
The compilation, titled Johnny Cash Remixed, fuses the country singer’s hits with various genres including hip hop and dance music
With assistance from DJ Quik and Teddy Riley, Snoop remixed Cash’s hit “Walk The Line”. Other artists featured on the project include Pete Rock, Philip Steir and Sonny J, among others.
“My father made his stead by defying the expected and accepted way of things,” said Cash’s son (John Carter Cash) via a statement. “He set the standard at the same time. He would have loved this remix record. While it stays true to the original recordings, this CD touches on undiscovered ground. This is what my father was about: staying true to tradition while creating groundbreaking new music.”
John Carter Cash and Beyonce's father (Matthew Knowles) also serve as executive producers on the compilation. .
Johnny Cash Remixed will hit shelves on October 14t via Comprade Records. A vinyl deluxe-edition of the compilation will be released on September 23rd in select independent record stores.
A documentary about the making of the compilation is currently in production and will feature an interview with Snoop at the Cash Recording Cabin in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
This marks the second time that Snoop has dabbled with country music. The Los Angeles rapper dedicated a song to Cash called “My Medicine” on his recent album titled Ego Trippin'. The video for the song featured a cameo from country singer Willie Nelson.
Young Buck took the the air on XM satellite radio and challenged Tony Yayo to a boxing match.
“As far as Yayo talking about he wanna fight, I’ll do it,” Buck said. “I’ll do it off of real nigga shit I swear on my child’s life. If they line this shit up, where me and that nigga can go in a ring, we can put that shit on VH1. We can make that shit real life. I’ll have Floyd Mayweather training me. I’ll knock that nigga’s fat, flabby, old non-rappin’ ass out.”
The two former friends turned foes first butted heads during another Buck radio appearance. During the aftermath of Yayo allegedly assaulting the son of The Game’s manager, Buck rebuked the actions. The comments lead to the beginning of the end for Buck and his inclusion in G-Unit.
Buck and 50 Cent have been trading words lately, in song and in audio leaked to the Web.
Since departing form G-Unit, Young Buck has signed on with new management in Blue Williams and has collaborated with The Game

King Magazine recently released some lost excerpts of their interview with Nas. While most of it had to do with Nas discussing his early years in Hip Hop, one question and accusation proved to be a bit eyebrow raising.
"I ran into Prodigy last week and asked him, 'What should I ask Nas?' He said, 'Ask him, ‘What happened backstage at the Central Park show in 2004,’” Thomas Golianopoulos inquired.
“Man, that was some classic Mobb Deep shit. They was rumbling,” Nas replied regarding a fight that took place backstage between Mobb Deep and others. But Prodigy thinks that those involved were Nas’ people.
“He thinks you set him up,” Golianopoulos responded.
Nas went on to discuss his relationship with Prodigy and addressed the situation.
“I did hear that. Nah, I would never do that to him,” Nas retorted. “We had our differences, which was really just hyped up bullshit. I wish everything for Prodigy. They caught a lot of bad breaks. I just wish the best for him. I wish he didn’t have to do this time. And I would love to see them come back again. I would be the first person in the record store buying a Mobb album. I want to see them give it to us however many more times.”
Nas also revealed how he felt about Mobb Deep joining G-Unit.
“I was really happy to see 50 embrace them. I thought that was G because that’s something that doesn’t happen from the higher ups. All these big companies, they don’t care about us. They don’t care about the talented ones that aren’t given a fair shot and I thought it was a good move on 50’s part to give them a deal.”
Nas' Untitled drops July 15th.
The upstart crew is signed to Joc’s label Swagg Team through Jive Records.
Their breakout hit, “Lookin’ Boy,” is getting noticed for his stylish video clip and its unusual verses, which are a series of each member–and Joc, too–
“That’s the way of life in Chicago,” member Raydio G told MTV News. “It’s called roasting, gunning, different names. But it’s a tradition. We wanted to express it to the world.”
Hot Stylz album, Yo Momma Got a Mustache, is due in August.
Joc, is also reading his next project, his third album, Mr. Robinson’s Neighborhood, which should see the light of day by the fall, he said.
In the meantime, Joc is busy with legal matters.
The rapper is due in court today (July 14) regarding a dispute over service rendered for high-end stereo equipment.
A company by the name of Stereotypes claims Joc did not pay for installation services totaling up to $25, 000

In a recent interview on Philadelphia's 100.3 radio station, the Dipset Capo revealed that he too heard that the Chicago rapper wasn't happy with him closing out the show.
Jones says Kanye can eat his heart out.
When asked, by host Kendra G., if the two rappers were cool, Jones said he doesn't take Kanye's comments too serious ... because he's just not that intimidating.
"Kanye is the one in the industry who throws tantrums and people become used to it and we don't take things he says to personal because he is like the 'Revenge of the Nerds' to me," Jones said.
As he continued, he took it upon himself to diss Kanye's style of dress, noting that his pants would fit a female.
"He is the one who wears full button-ups Danny Terial style," Jimmy joked. "I don't like tight jeans. I only like tight jeans on females and that comment is not just for Ye. It seems like jeans are getting tighter and sneakers are getting bigger."
