The Game has reportedly been charged with criminal battery for attacking his cousin at a funeral earlier this year.
As reported earlier, Game's cousin (Robert "Kirky" Kirkwood) filed a police report in July claiming that the Compton rapper punched him at his sister's funeral.
Kirkwood claimed that Game had agreed to pay half of the bill for his sister's funeral but stiffed him when it was time to pay up.
Kirkwood claimed that Game appeared unexpectedly at his sister's funeral and when he approached Game about the funding for the funeral outside the church, the rapper would punch him in the face.
According to TMZ, Game could be tossed back in jail if he is convicted of the battery charge because he is currently on probation for a firearms offense.

Trick Trick recently spoke on Yung Berg's assault and robbery that took place in his nightclub this past weekend.
As reported earlier, Yung Berg went to Trick Trick's Plan B Nightclub on Friday night (August 22) and was robbed and assaulted by a group of men who approached him over comments he had made about Detroit rappers.
The men stole Berg's jewelry including his "Transformer" chain. Berg was in town to perform at a local summer jam the following day but missed the event due to his injuries.
After news of Berg's attack surfaced, rumors began to circulate that Trick Trick orchestrated the attack.
Trick Trick revealed to Allhiphop Tuesday (August 26) that he knew the men involved in the attack but he had nothing to do with it. Trick Trick emphasized that he stopped the attack on Berg and blamed the rapper for appearing at the club without his knowledge.
“First of all I ain’t no jack n***a. I don’t need to jack nann [any] n***a to get what I gotta get,” Trick Trick explained. “Karma’s a motherf**ker so I’m not taking no n***a’s s**t. I earn mine. I don’t need that piece of s**t ass aluminum fo il chain the b**ch had on no way.”
“My lil n***as got him. The label called and told me he wasn’t coming, so I wasn’t expecting him. So there was no need for me to tell the lil homies that ‘aye, the n***a’s straight,’ because he wasn’t coming,” Trick Trick continued. “I saved that n***a’s life. He would probably be dead right now or in a coma if I hadn’t ran over there and pushed the lil homies back so they could quit stomping this n***a.”
Despite trying to separate himself from the incident, Trick Trick went on to say that Berg brought the attack on himself
“You can’t be saying ‘fuck Trick Trick’ and you don’t like dark skin women,” Trick Trick said. “I was gonna school the little n***a to the ropes of the game! If you gonna take some notes, take notes from an OG. The lil homies got that trophy [the chain], I don’t want that s**t. I don’t have any problems with the little n***a. I [just] don’t like him.”
Yung Berg has yet to publicly speak on the incident.

The single in question is the track titled “Swagger Like Us” which features appearances from Jay-Z, Lil Wayne and Kanye West. The track leaked onto the net Friday(August 22).
“That's some bullsh--,” T.I. told MTV. The Atlanta rapper had planned to release single in a bigger fashion later in the year.
“Don't ruin the event,” he lamented. “Wait till the cake comes out the kitchen before you eat it. That's like a kid who sees his toys before Christmas; it takes away from me and I think it takes away from the fans as well. When it's time, I'mma give it to you. They leaked my record with me and The-Dream ["Like I Do"] too. Leakage is never a problem I have had. I'm not used to it.”
Despite the leaks, T.I. remains positive. He took time out to reveal that “Swagger Like Us” was produced by Kanye West and will also appearing on Jay-Z’s upcoming album Blueprint 3.

The line is a venture between Snoop Dogg, Robert Thorne Co., IMG World and Industry Concepts.
Snoop will promote the Rich & Infamous clothing line in his music videos, films and his reality show, Snoop Dogg's Father Hood. The line will offer accessories, grooming and home products in the future.
Shaquille O'Neal has been ordered to stay away from an Atlanta woman who was recently granted a restraining order against the basketball player.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a judged granted Alexis Miller's request on Thursday (August 21) after reviewing her claims that O'Neal stalked her, threatened her with bodily harm, and made harassing phone calls in which he breathed heavily into the phone before hanging up.
Miller is a 23-year-old hip-hop artist, known professionally as Maryjane. She claims that she ended an intimate relationship with O'Neal last month, which followed with the Phoenix Suns' center threatening to pay other artists $50,000 each not to work with her.
"It's been very difficult for her," her attorney L. David Wolfe, told the paper. "Her fears are not only for herself, but also the people around her."
Apparently, Miller has known O'Neal for about a year and a half, and over the past six to eight months, their relationship became intimate.
In a court affidavit, O'Neal sent Miller an email saying, "I dnt no who the [expletive] u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is I gotta make now try me. Sho me."
Under terms of the temporary restraining order, O'Neal is prohibited from having any contact with Miller, and is restricted from coming within 200 yards of her or her 19-month-old son.
Both O'Neal and Miller are scheduled to appear in court on September 4th to determine whether the restrictions should remain.

“I got 30 mixtapes coming out.” he explained. “They all got the title 'King': King of Texas, I'm The King of Houston. It's just gonna be a whole bunch of Kings.”
