According to Billboard, while Cohen confirmed the former Def Jam artist’s unexpected check-in to an Aventura hospital, he did not say why. “It was serious enough at the time but ultimately he should be OK,” he told Billboard.
“It was serious enough for him to be brought and taken into a treatment facility.”
As previously reported, X was taken to a hospital on Monday (September 22) one day before he was scheduled to appear in an Arizona court. X, who was recently extradited from Florida to Arizona, faces several charges in the state including numerous traffic violations, animal cruelty accusations and defrauding a hospital with an invalid Social Security number and name.
“He spent the night [at the hospital] and he will probably spend [Wednesday night] there as well,” Cohen said of X’s absence. “I don’t think it’s going to be an ongoing thing or a life-threatening situation. He’s going to be alright.”

A New York judge yesterday dismissed a lawsuit filed against Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Vibe Magazine over a picture that showed her topless at a party hosted by the Bad Boy mogul.
According to The Associated Press, Vibe Magazine published a picture in their November 2006 issue that showed three women in topless mermaid costumes at Diddy's annual ‘White Party’ in 2003.
The picture was part of an article on Diddy and was captioned ‘Mermaids Gone Wild’.
Hedge fund money manager Maria Kristina Dominguez was among the three women photographed and she sued Vibe and Diddy for $3 million claiming that the picture was used without her consent.
The judge reportedly dismissed the lawsuit because the “photo was related to newsworthy issues of public interest and Dominguez had no right of privacy while cavorting topless”.
An Atlanta judge ordered T.I. to pay more child support to the mother of two of his children after she claimed he wasn't providing enough money.
As reported earlier, Lashon Dixon took T.I. to court earlier this month claiming that the monthly payments of $2000 that she received from the rapper wasn't enough to support her and their two sons.
According to The Associated Press, Judge Bensonetta Tipton ruled Tuesday that T.I. must pay just over $3,000 a month to Dixon.
The Atlanta bred rapper was also ordered to pay for the children's private school tuition, uninsured medical bills and extracurricular activities.
Tipton also gave Dixon and T.I. joint custody of the boys, ages 7 and 8. Dixon was granted primary physical custody of the boys who had been spending 40% of their time with their father.
Dixon was initially seeking a monthly payment that was commensurate with T.I.'s current success. She and T.I. had the two boys prior to his success.
“Every little bit helps,” said Randy Kessler, Dixon's lawyer. “She was just getting by with the children, while they lived a different life with their father. It can't be complete opposites on the other side.”
T.I. has three other children outside of his relationship with Dixon.

“When [movies] portray certain lifestyles they don’t show cause and effect,” 50 explained.” I showed characters under pressure in scenarios where they felt like there were no other options, even though there were. There are always options. People just usually start to see them while being incarcerated — for not seeing them in the first place.”
As reported earlier, Before I Self Destruct the album will be 50's last album on his current contract with Interscope Records.
50 Cent revealed that no music from the Before I Self Destruct album will be featured in the Before I Self Dest ruct movie.

“I kept the music up to standards,” 50 said of the soundtrack. “I worked with it until it was right.”
Before I Self Destruct, the movie and the album, will be released on December 9th.

Busta Rhymes confirmed statements by Universal Motown reps last week who said that he had inked a deal to release his next album through their label.
In an interview with radio personality DJ Envy on New York's Hot 97 station, Busta talked about the move and how it doesn't affect his relationship with Dr. Dre or Aftermath Entertainment.
"Me and Dre are still good," the rapper explained. "So even though I'm not in business with Aftermath or Interscope, I'm still with Aftermath. Me and Dre are always gonna be good."
While rumors hint toward a possible beef with Interscope chairman Jimmy Iovine as his reason for leaving, Busta thanked his former label for helping his set up his upcoming album -- with the release of two singles and music videos, "We Made It" and "Don't Touch Me (Throw Da Water On 'Em)."
"Big up to Interscope for, you know, giving me the leaked joints and the set-ups," Busta sarcastically added. "Now we gonna consider those the leaked joints."
Busta's upcoming album was originally titled Blessed, but he's since decided to change the title to B.O.M.B., which he says stands for "Back On My Bullsh**."
As for its release date, that will be December 9, says Busta.
Barely three months after the release of his second solo album, Florida rapper Plies is already gearing up to release his third solo album before the end of the year.
Ted Lucas, CEO of Slip-N-Slide Records, recently revealed to MTV that Plies' third solo album is titled The Realest and will be hitting shelves in December.
“December 16, Plies ain't gonna let you down,” Lucas said. “Plies is a hard worker. There's no need to hold him back. I heard the album, heard the music, and I feel he's ready. You gotta feed the fans. When you got a fanbase and you're growing and they like your music, give them what they want. Before, you had albums come out by, like, Michael Jackson — people be on that album for two years. Now, the way the business is, we have to make sure the fans are happy and continue to grow.”
The first single off The Realest will be “Pants Hang Low” which was produced by Mannie Fresh.
Plies' second album, Definition Of Real , hit shelves in June and has already sold over 400,000 copies.

Salt-N-Pepa gained popularity in the early 90's with hits like "Lets Talk About Sex," "Whatta Man" and "Shoop,". They would disband in 2001 and shared their reunion via the VH1 reality series, The Salt 'N' Pepa Show.

“Meagan Good could play me in my younger years. She reminds me of (myself),” said Pepa
Earlier this year, Pepa released her memoir titled Let's Talk About Pep. The book chronicles Pepa's rap career and revealed the abuse she suffered in her childhood and failed marriages. She also speaks on her “breakup” with Salt and their eventual “reunion”.
