With the Lady Gaga-assisted "Chillin'" gaining ground on rhythmic radio, Interscope Records announced this morning that Wale's Attention Deficit will be releasing on September 22.

Besides the single, the album reportedly features "W.A.L.E.D.A.N.C.E.," an update of Justice's "D.A.N.C.E." hit single from 2007. A previous version of the Wale cover appeared on his 2007 mixtape, hosted by Nick Catchdubs 100 Miles & Runnin'.

The album also reportedly features K'Naan ("Warrior"), Bun B ("90210") and Jazmine Sullivan. Production duties include Allido Records founder/Grammy Award-winner Mark Ronson, as well as Cool & Dre, Sean C & LV and Dave Sitek of TV On The Radio.

Nearly four years after the release of his last album in Hustla’s Handbook, Inglewood-native Mack 10 will make his return with Soft White, which is scheduled for release on August 25.

While reported street singles have come out in the last few years, including “Big Baller” and “Street Shit,” Soft White’s official first single will be “So Sharp" featuring Lil Wayne and Rick Ross.

The new album will also feature Jim Jones, Akon, J. Holiday, and fellow Cali emcee Glasses Malone among others. “We had fun on this one and I had to bring them all out. I’ve been smiling all year,” he said in a press statement.

As his ninth studio album, Mack 10 went on to explain that Soft White serves as a testament to his well-respected style saying, “I went with that title because this album right here is just raw and uncut; it's just me.”

Soft White will be released through Hoo-Bangin’/Fontana/Universal.

Jay-Z has been hit with yet another lawsuit over his New York City Sports Bar, the 40/40 Club.

The hip hop mogul is now being sued by his own lawyer, who claims Jay has failed to pay his due fees.

Michael DiMattia, who has been working for Jay since July 2008, is now looking to quit as his attorney after filing a federal lawsuit against the rap mogul over the unpaid invoice, of which the value is unknown.

DiMattia has been representing Jay in an on-going lawsuit filed by employees of his 40/40 Club, who claim they are being paid less than minimum wage and have not been rewarded for overtime.

In a letter written to Federal Court Judge Loretta Preska, DiMattia says, "We are seeking to withdraw because... our requests for payment have been ignored."

"It's astounding. For rap's biggest mogul, you'd think this amount of money would be chump change," said Rex Burch, who is working on behalf of the 40/40 Club employees.

This news is no surprise, and was prematurely reported back in May. But, reports are claiming that Vibe magazine is now close to shutting its doors, becoming yet another victim of the recession.

According to DailyFinance.com, multiple sources from within and outside the company confirmed rumors of the long-running print magazine.

While an official statement has been released, CFO Angela Zucconi told the website that one would come "by the end of the day. That's all I can say at this point."

Danyel Smith, Vibe's former Editor-in-chief released this statement, further confirming reports of the mag's closing:

"On behalf the Vibe content staff (the best in this business), it is with great sadness, and with heads held high, that we leave the building today. We were assigning and editing a Michael Jackson tribute issue when we got the news. It’s a tragic week in overall, but as the doors of Vibe Media Group close, on the eve of the magazine’s sixteenth anniversary, it’s a sad day for music, for hip hop in particular, and for the millions of readers and users who have loved and who continue to love the Vibe brand. We thank you, we have served you with joy, pride and excellence, and we will miss you."
