Fat Joe has been officially cleared of any wrongdoing in the alleged sexual assault incident over the weekend in Madison, Wisconsin


As previosly reported, Joe and members of his entourage were detained and questioned briefly during the early morning hours of Monday (June 21), after a woman accused them of "inappropriate touching" as she rode in their limo following a concert that evening.

Fat Joe's Lawyer, Dawn Florio, said: "Fat Joe had no contact with, and never spoke to his accuser. He was questioned for a few minutes at his hotel room and was never detained by the police."

Florio says the unnamed woman, who made the allegations, did so to extort money from Joe and called her actions "horrific."

Apparently, there was a short investigation, but in the end, the Madison Wisconsin Police Department cleared Fat Joe and his associates.

Fat Joe was detained by police in Madison, Wisconsin during the early morning hours of Monday (June 21), after a female reported a sexual assault incident inside the his limo.


According to Wisconsin's NBC15, a 33-year-old female ended up in Joe's Cadillac limo following a concert held that evening, and was headed to a Madison hotel.

The female alleges that "inappropriate touching" took place by Joe and his entourage.

Shortly after, the unidentified woman reported the incident, and police were dispatched.

Joe and crew were briefly detained, interviewed and later released.

As of press time, no charges were filed, but police say an investigation is underway.

Lil Wayne appeared in an Arizona courtroom on Friday (June 18), via a video feed from Rikers Island, for a hearing stemming from a January 2008 arrest in Yuma, Az.


According to the Yuma Sun, the Weezy entered a guilty plea to one count of possession of a dangerous drug, as part of a plea agreement that could avoid him gettimg any further jail time.

In exchange his plea, charges of possession of a narcotic drug for sale, misconduct involving weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia against him were dismissed.

Details regarding the plea agreement were unknown at press time.

Weezy is scheduled for sentencing on June 30.

Lil Boosie was indicted on first degree murder charges on Thursday (June 17), stemming from an incident in October that ended with one man dead.


In addition to the murder wrap, the rapper and two associates were also indicted on multiple drug-possession charges -- including possession with the intent to deliver (PIWD) charges, three counts of conspiracy to commit PWITD narcotics, and two counts of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution.

Boosie was allegedly in possession of ecstasy, codeine and marijuana.

Currently, the Boosie is in jail. In November, Boosie was ordered to prison and expected to serve one year after he was found in violation of his probation. In He was taken into custody after authorities discovered Boosie was leaving his house during home confinement.

Prior to his imprisonment, the rapper was facing jail time after he reached a plea deal on a previous drug rap.

Boosie was sentenced to two years in jail in September, as part of a deal in exchange for a guilty plea, which helped him avoid a 10 year sentence.

It was unknown at press time when he's due in court for the new murder charges.
