This Dropped a couple of days ago, Im just posting it cause I can.
It appears Jay-z is finally ready to let the world in on his life. The long rumored autobiography once called "The Black Book" will finally see book shelves this winter.
According to Rolling Stone, the book, now called "Decoded" will be published by Spiegel & Grau and mixes first-person memoir with detailed explanations of some of the rapper's most known lyrics.
"I'm gonna pick select ones ... all the double-entendres and things that people may have missed or may have gotten and want confirmation on it," Jay explained.
Jay and former Source, and Vibe editor Dream Hampton will pen the book, which will include interviews with Jay-Z's family and friends as well as the rapper, himself.
"It's too much. For the book, I was interviewed, people close to me were interviewed. So I was learning a lot of things I didn't know as a child," Jay-Z told Rolling Store previously. "It's not anything I haven't said in the past, in songs. It's just more detailed. A song is three minutes long. A book doesn't have to rhyme, and it has no time limit, so you can say exactly how everything went."
Decoded will hit bookstores on November 16th. It's currently available for pre-order at Amazon.com.
