According to the Associated Press, Knight's attorney filed the dismissal last month in Miami federal court. Knight had previously appealed the decision in December after a judge granted a summary judgment in November for West.



Suge sought millions of dollars in damages from West after the former head of Death Row was shot in the leg at a 2005 Miami Beach party hosted by West. Suge blamed West for lax security, and the case remains unsolved.

Both sides have reportedly reached a confidential agreement to settle court costs.
