According to the Associated Press, Knight's attorney filed the dismissal last month in Miami federal court. Knight had previously appealed the decision in December after a judge granted a summary judgment in November for West.
Suge sought millions of dollars in damages from West after the former head of Death Row was shot in the leg at a 2005 Miami Beach party hosted by West. Suge blamed West for lax security, and the case remains unsolved.
Both sides have reportedly reached a confidential agreement to settle court costs.

According to published sources, Pink Friday has broken the record for the female rap album with the most consecutive weeks in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Weeks after its release Pink Friday sold 33,000 copies last week and managed to secure the Number 9 spot on the Billboard 200.
Lauryn Hill’s The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill was the previous record holder with 10 consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200.
Lil Kim’s The Notorious KIM, which debuted at Number 4 on the Billboard 200 chart in 2000 only managed to remain in the Top 10 for two consecutive weeks.
Pink Friday was released on November 19, 2010.

Jae Millz - On & On
Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group, which is the home of Wale, Meek Mill and Pill, will be releasing a compilation album in the future.
After first dismissing the idea in an interview with RapRadar, Ross later revealed via Maybach Music Group's Twitter account that the album would be in the works
Although no release date has been set, the tweet did reveal that the album would be titled Selfmade.
